CAM Conference 2010

Lisa and I went to the California Association of Museum Conference in San Jose last week. The theme was Reflect on Tech. Yes, It did sound a little scary at first but we both came out with new ideas and ways to improve things for Docents and the education department.

We are looking into having an online calender for Docents. This will make it easier for Docents to search for available tours, get all the information about the tour and possibly sign up for tours. Don't worry, we won't be implementing an online calender anytime soon. We will do more research and keep everyone updated.

If anyone would like a tutorial on how to blog, set up an email or questions about receiving the newsletter via email, please contact me and I am happy to help you.
